Exhibitor Spaces are 20 x 20 and include 1 (one) pass, additional passes may be available for an additional cost. Support vehicles/trailers must be removed from show grounds one (1) hour before showtime. Failure to remove the unloaded trailer, support vehicle, or equipment, in the allotted time or upon request by show staff, may result in disqualification.
All displays must be completed (1) hour before the opening of the show. All vehicles must comply with all fire safety rules, including taping the gas caps and terminal posts, only a quarter of a gallon in the tank, disconnecting the batteries (hydraulics & engine), and all other facility and/or fire requirements. All high-pressure tanks must be emptied or disconnected for indoor display. Fire Marshals will examine all vehicles before the show to confirm compliance and their decision shall be final. Displays should be designed to protect vehicles from the crowd.
All judges will be designated by Showbiz events. By entering a vehicle in the exhibit, the entrant agrees to these rules and that the decisions of the judges shall be final in all matters. Entrants are not permitted to protest any decision of officials/judges. The judges shall have sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant for reasons deemed appropriate by the judges.
All entries must be registered at the show office by starting time. Starting time will be posted at the registration table. The registration card must be placed on the dashboard and visible to the judges. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that the registration card is visible and properly completed within two (2) hours of registration. Judges reserve the sole and absolute right to disqualify an entry if the registration card is not visible or properly completed within such a time period.
